For me it´s unbelievable what a person will do for money. It isn´t the only bad ad and it won´t be the last for sure but that´s kind of bad. But i think it is a Marketing trick as well, if it´s an ad with a normal acting person it wont keep in your mind. So it may be a Youtube hit.
