Ranieri out

After last season, Claudio has earnt his right to never getting sacked from this football club. He could take us into League Two and I still wouldn't want to see us sacked.

If we'd have had say a 10th place last season, and had just spent millions and millions and ended up serving up the utter shite we've seen for the last few weeks, he'd be out on his ear on Monday.

What happens if he leaves & the players who have underperformed ever since serving up that slice of shit pie at Hull on opening day continue to do so? Then what? It's pretty clear to me that the players are mostly to blame...along with the owners for the ludicrous pre-season junket. Claudio has been left on firefighting duty. & in our current position who the actual **** would be his replacement? I'd love to see the list of available candidates. Maybe if that was released people would shut the **** up about it.

Daft thread tittle but not shocked murmurs of discontent

Long live King Claudio.

Just please sort a few things out. Apart from a good 45mins against a poor Bruges team, we have certainly been off the boil of late.

There are many reasons for this beyond Claudio's control but he is paid the big bucks to redress the situation.

Those that seriously are posing the question "Should we look to change manger" should be made to sit down and watch the below video on repeat:

The ridiculous pre-season junket was out of the owners control from what I've been told. By winning the league there is apparently an obligation to take part in the shitty champions cup of whatever it was.

Whilst I find any talk about Ranieri's position being questioned absurd, this sort of statement is even more ridiculous.

Football is cyclical and just about every player, manager and owner will go from hero to zero at some point. There is nothing personal about this, it's just the way of the game.

I've no doubt that the time will come when letting Ranieri go will be the right thing to do. However, I respect the man and his values enough to believe that he will make that decision himself, well before a substantial number of fans do.

You've been told a load of crap. It's a friendly tournament we were invited to take part in. We could have said no. It was probably thought to be a good idea to take part because it would give the players a chance to experience playing foreign teams, and the travelling that goes with it.

Let's not pretend that the pre-season matches mess is having any effect on our play now.

"I need a bigger bell", "We need to get back to basics".
Typical PR, non-extreme responses from Ranieri whether performances are good or bad.
I am sure at the training ground Ranieri is leaving the players in no doubt that that their performances are not acceptable and I am sure he is trying out various combinations of forward line/midfield to offer greater protection to defence, as well as a different attacking approach that does not rely on the midfield lumping the ball into a space that does not exist for Vardy to not bother chasing!

Ranieri is a class act. Much better than a few nutters who call themselves supporters remotely deserve.

But there are difficult times ahead including the January transfer window and the ACofN which could take out some of our best players for up to 6 weeks.

I guess we may have to get used to this sort of nonsense about the manager while some of our own try to establish their status as football's most fickle supporters...ever.

All of this season is making what happened last season seem even more crazy.

Are we really pinning our hopes on a player with no first team action for 18 months?

No not at all however he is better than the current two playing right now even at 90% fitness he adds more cover we need to pick up points prior to the transfer window

You haven't seen him play for 18 months. How can you possibly say he's better than the two playing now?

Do you think he suddenly becomes the player he was before, after not playing for 18 months?

I'm still the player I used to be and I haven't played for a decade.
