Draw takes place on Friday, March 17 at 11am.

No teams in the draw are seeded and clubs from the same national association can be drawn against each other. The side drawn first will play the first leg at home.

The first leg ties will be played on April 11 and April 12, while the second legs will be played the following week on April 18 and April 19.

Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon has revealed that Leicester City are the only team that he would like to avoid in Friday’s Champions League quarter-finals draw.
Buffon’s made it through to the last eight by beating Porto 3-0 on aggregate, while Leicester stunned Sevilla with a 3-2 overall win.

Buffon told Premium Sport: “The only team I’d like to avoid in the draw is Leicester.

“They have got enthusiasm, they know how to hurt the strongest teams. We’d have everything to lose against them.”

Despite Leicester’s lack of European pedigree, Buffon is certainly wary of a side that have been rejuvenated under Craig Shakespeare following the sacking of Claudio Ranieri.

Barcelona or Real would be amazing, and certainly the most glamourous ties.

But they're also the best teams in the competition, along with Bayern, and I'd probably prefer one of the others as I think we'd have a better chance of progressing.

Dortmund, Juventus, or a grudge tie against Athletico for me please.

Anyone BUT Man City (IF they get through).

For me, Man City would be the least glamorous tie we could have and, despite what some radio phone-in callers suggested last night, are the side with the best practical knowledge of how to play and beat us. They won't make the same mistake twice.

Having been eliminated by Atletico in the 60's and the 90's maybe a revenge match would be good. Having said that anyone but Bayern would be fine.

I want to go to Germany.

But Bayern scare the shit out of me.

**** it, anyone will do

A good allocation should be possible as well. 4,000 should be possible at Dortmund.

Despite Monaco being in the south of France, I'm over 200 kms closer to both Madrid and Barcelona than Monaco but unlikely to be free to get to any of them anyway.

Guess I'll have to wait for the match in Cardiff. :)

An 'easier' game please.

I'm still a bit scared what Barca, Real or Bayern could do to us.

I'd go for Dortmund or Athletico/Leverkusen or Monaco (if they get through) - all are still likely to beat us but hopefully not annihilate us.

No shame in getting knocked out by anyone at this stage but would rather not take a heavy beating - plus there's more (but still slim) chance of us beating one of those teams, then play one of the top, top teams in the semis...

Unlikely to progress past this round. These are all big teams so might as well hope for a route that we can have a crack at. Dortmund for me. Similar quality to Sevilla. Wouldn't mind Man City, we've already rinsed them once this season.. and last. If it wasn't for Buffon I wouldn't be that afraid of Juventus. We've really got nothing to lose whoever we get and it's a great chance to test ourselves against the very best clubs in the world.

Any of the remaining sides will be tough, but then it should be when your left with the 8 best teams in Europe
