Was it in the quarter finals of the Champions League?
There won't be anything approaching Sevilla numbers there.

Its just not possible to get there for anything approaching decent money

According to google you can walk and get the ferry from Portsmouth across the channel then walk the rest of the way. Should take about 13 days.

Presumably the prices rockete off the back of our draw? Madrid is normally dirt cheap.

I'd say it was more the fact that it's Easter holidays and three weeks away.

I predict we'll take around 2,000.

Stoke and Sunderland results critical. We need to be in a position to rest significant numbers against Everton and Palace.

3 games in a week before the first leg, then Palace before the second.

In all a game every three days or so. The way Everton are playing at home and the importance of the following game...might as well send the kids.

Nah. Providing the players are up for it and not in tatters, don't tinker and keep the same side together for the rest of the season for momentum (one or two changes at most to rest any very weary legs)

Claudio didn't get the balance of tinkering right and we paid for it.

Athletico have just kicked off at home to Sevilla, it'll have no bearing on our meeting with them, but interesting all the same

So if Sevilla can put up a good performance that would give us some confidence. What is the Madrid style of play?

They are supposed to be the team who we were a pale imitation of last season.

Let's hope Griezman gets an month's injury playing for France next week.

Looks like we softened Seville up nicely for them.

correa looked a good little player against us and he scores against them. Swap him for Vardy and Musa.

Great idea.

Not.

Why would you consider selling our best goal scorer at the moment?

Arguably our most natural goal scorer since Lineker? I may be slightly out on who our last natural scorer was but I seriously cannot remember a better one between Lineker and Vardy.
