    Atletico Madrid/Bayer Leverkusen
    Barcelona
    Bayern Munich
    Borussia Dortmund
    Juventus
    Leicester City
    Manchester City/Monaco
    Real Madrid

Draw takes place on Friday, March 17 at 11am.

No teams in the draw are seeded and clubs from the same national association can be drawn against each other. The side drawn first will play the first leg at home.

Barcelona or Real would be amazing, and certainly the most glamourous ties.

But they're also the best teams in the competition, along with Bayern, and I'd probably prefer one of the others as I think we'd have a better chance of progressing.

Dortmund, Juventus, or a grudge tie against Athletico for me please.

Anyone but Man City for me (assuming they make it through).

As a Sevilla fan slurred to me outside the High Cross pub as I was going past about 11pm, and I was debating on taking a photo or not, "they're waiting for you, they're waiting for you Barcelona they're waiting for you"

    :icon biggrin:

Anyone BUT Man City (IF they get through).

For me, Man City would be the least glamorous tie we could have and, despite what some radio phone-in callers suggested last night, are the side with the best practical knowledge of how to play and beat us. They won't make the same mistake twice.

Having been eliminated by Atletico in the 60's and the 90's maybe a revenge match would be good. Having said that anyone but Bayern would be fine.

I want to go to Germany.

But Bayern scare the shit out of me.

Borussia Dortmund, then. Would love to see Leicester face up to the wall of yellow.

I'll be in the UK for the 2nd leg. I may be trying to ponce a ticket if the draw goes that way.

Bayern please, my son lives not far away from Munich, I might just sneak a ticket.

A good allocation should be possible as well. 4,000 should be possible at Dortmund.

Despite Monaco being in the south of France, I'm over 200 kms closer to both Madrid and Barcelona than Monaco but unlikely to be free to get to any of them anyway.

Guess I'll have to wait for the match in Cardiff. :)

    An 'easier' game please.

I'm still a bit scared what Barca, Real or Bayern could do to us.

I'd go for Dortmund or Athletico/Leverkusen or Monaco (if they get through) - all are still likely to beat us but hopefully not annihilate us.

No shame in getting knocked out by anyone at this stage but would rather not take a heavy beating - plus there's more (but still slim) chance of us beating one of those teams, then play one of the top, top teams in the semis...

Oh, and the most important part is second leg at home please!

I get your point but I can't really see how any scoreline against any of those teams would embarrass us at this point.

Unlikely to progress past this round. These are all big teams so might as well hope for a route that we can have a crack at. Dortmund for me. Similar quality to Sevilla. Wouldn't mind Man City, we've already rinsed them once this season.. and last. If it wasn't for Buffon I wouldn't be that afraid of Juventus. We've really got nothing to lose whoever we get and it's a great chance to test ourselves against the very best clubs in the world.

Any of the remaining sides will be tough, but then it should be when your left with the 8 best teams in Europe
