Personally I thought he was off the pace. Often dispossessed and gave the ball away cheaply on occasion but can forgive him maybe needing some time to settle after coming back from a fairly big injury lay off.

I thought he got most decisions correct.

Hey, I didn't say I disagreed with them! I was just commenting that there was a sequence of them in our favour. It was almost embarrassing at one point early in the 1st half, so often was the decision going our way.

There was one 'boro player - maybe Ramirez, but probably Gibson or Clayton - who I thought should have been off for a second yellow. Tbh, it wouldn't have surprised me if one of the 'boro lads walked as there were a number of niggly challenges. Maybe they were taking it in turns, playing smart. But, as I said, I felt the ref was letting things go. Maybe making allowances for players being tired?

Papa Mendy got Matt Elliot's Radio Leicester MOTM award and seems to be enjoying himself at last.

I reckon he is going to be a key player for the rest of the season.

I watched a bit of Mendy last season here in France and had great hopes for him - and I still have - but I thought he was slow to make decisions and below average against Boro.

It will take him a few games shame as he looked very good in the game against Arsenal before spanking in
