Having read about three different reports of this story, I don't understand how Clayton MacDonald was cleared of all charges. If this woman was in no state to consent, and he had sex with her as well, then how did he not commit rape too?

They left it late though I heard a bit of the commentary on Radio Sheffield and the Wednesday fans sounded as though they went bananas at the final whistle.
I was working within spitting distance this afternoon of Hillsborough and had left the area just before the late goal so did not hear it live so to speak although I heard a bit of noise around 3pm as I was walking in the hilly roads above Hillsborough.
Was there any songs then Jeff or were they too tense with the score at MK going their way as that was their concern as well as beating Carlisle of course.

Rhydal, number 2 and 3 is what I don't really understand. If she did consent to having sex with Clayton MacDonald, how was she later unable to do so with Ched Evans? I haven't read any suggestions that she was drunk by the time Evans took advantage of her, so what exactly did MacDonald not do that Evans did?
