Root did exactly what he did in the test series, hung around for a few overs defending and then edges one. Out for 3 I think. Bell and Ballance playing ok but worrying run rate. 47/2 after 14 overs.

We had a bit of bad luck with the bowling but Boyd Rankin is not consistent enough for this level as a strike bowler. Thought Jordan looked like he had a bit of potential, very unlucky to have Finch dropped. I don't think I have seen an easier catch dropped in International cricket. Balance had too much time to think about it.

Not on the last evidence we aren't. 3-0 down in the ODI series. Another whitewash will happen, followed by 3-0 in the twenty20s. 13-0 sounds foul but it will happen here. Imagine living here, its hard sometimes to face work.
