its about time the bbc started getting their money through advertising.

i never watch the channel that much. the last thing i watched on a regular basis and enjoyed was steptoe and son, many moons ago.

It wasn't a premium rate phone call - they had phone probelms and faked a kid's reaction at winning a compeitition on Blue Peter.

It was 10p per call with 37.5% of it going to the charity UNICEF.
