Brazil doing better than that first 10 minutes or so but still not looking so formidable.
Could have been a penalty for Croatia not long ago. I reckon if Croatia had a real go at them the Brazilian defence could crack.

I think Brazil looked like the strongest all round team but they definitely looked beatable last night. I think some of that would have been first game nerves though and they'll get stronger as they progress. Still expect them to win it.

I won my first 2 bets of the World Cup too - had £5 on over 2.5 goals at 21/10, won that and on 80 minutes put the winnings on over 3.5 and got £15 back. Not a bad start. Slightly gutted though as I'd had Neymar to score first and Brazil to win 3-1 on my bet slip before the game at 40/1 (own goals don't affect first goalscorer markets) but wimped out of it thinking I should go for a more sensible bet to start off with.

Decent game I thought, but the ref was very poor.
