how do forward through a track, you know when you get the diamond and can whizz though it as opposed to 20 second blips when you hold it down

I thought it was odd that my iPod didn't have one, but my new pc didn't have anything either.

Everythng still cmes with one, its just electronic instead of paper based.

Just press the centre circle button on the 'Now Playing' screen

sorted it now

that happened to mine last week, the battery ran down and it then switched off, gave it a charge on the mains charger and it was fine...
dont ask me what caused it though

how do i delete stuff off it without synching it (which would wipe half the stuff)

i know i can go into explorer and click the files and what they sound like, then delete them...

bit tedious that though eh?

change it to manual settings so that you drag and drop music from your library and can delete songs off your pod without deleting them off your pc
