I know that, I meant as team, it made it hard for people to gel, I think thats why we didn't have the connection going forward

We asked him to, then ignored him! I'm not blaming anyone or having a go, it's just my opinion we changed too much to allow anyone to gel

I agree....the 5 minute proposal would have never worked with such an inbalance anyways. Whilst everyone is chomping at the bit, I think we have lost games from subbing too much in the final five minutes. For example against Nathan's team, we should have had 3 defenders on at the end, shut up shop.

I made a mistake when Matt was on for 25 seconds. I am not saying it was a honest mistake either. I got a bit ahead of myself - infact a bit too worked up - thought I could add something in the final few minutes. It worked in a way but without my input I suppose.

When you have 8, as a player you can't 'feel' yourself into the game. Get into the rhytmn of the game because you're off after 3 minutes.

So methinks 7 from now on. I also think we struggle from not having a true midfielder who can run all day long.
