Wonder if anyone can help me. Both me and my Dad have a Yahoo email account which we have set up on Outlook. Last week we both had the same problem (on seperate PCs) when we hit send/receive - a popup came up asking us to "Enter Network Password". It wouldn't allow us past, and the password it wanted wasn't the Yahoo password.

I've had this before, and told my Dad to sit tight for a few days as it usually sorts itself out. However it has sorted itself for me, and I can now send/receive to the yahoo account, but not for my Dad who still gets the popup. It also started happening a week before me.

Any ideas?

(and please don't just say "stop using Outlook" :icon_roll )

Try having a browse around Yahoo's website they may have introduced a more secure authentication process and this may need ticking in your Outlook mail properties. If it's not that I dont know :)
