What you're posting contains formatting codes for the font, bold etc, which is what's messing things up, when I do it it just contains the text and the spacing. I don't know why your version of Excel is doing it differently.

You could try saving it as a text file (select tab delimited as the type of file when you save it from Excel), then open that file in notepad, and copy and paste it from there.
