The draw for the First Round of the Prediction Association Cup sponsored by PEE.ON

88 Prediction League teams automatically entered, PLUS six non-league entries. Nine league teams have been deemed inactive and will be seeded in the first round to ensure full competition from the second round stage.

The 23 active Premier League teams and the top 11 teams in the WEEK 18 Nporn table will join at the second round stage.

The remainder of 60 entered teams will compete in the first round to join them in the second round.


The nine inactive teams will be drawn into ties #3, #6, #9, #12, #15, #18, #21, #24 and #27 - get drawn against them in the 1st round and it could be as good as draw.

For the purposes of the draw, I would be pleased if somebody would pop along to http://www.random.org/sequences/. When you arrive there, enter the number '9' in the Largest Value box and click Get Sequence. Please then post the resulting series of numbers to this thread; the sequence will be used to place the inactive teams into their 1st round ties.

Please then return to http://www.random.org/sequences/ and enter the number '51' in the Largest Value box and click Get Sequence. Again post the resulting series of numbers to the thread; this sequence will be used to place the remaining teams teams into their ties.

I will then immediately publish the teams associated with those numbers and continue with the draw.
