Damn ... can a mod please correct the spelling typo in the thread title ... Thanks.

I really hope it works out well. A bargain at £3.5m.

However, it does worry me that he has only won one league game since March 2017.

From BBC.

The transfer fee will be paid in two instalments of £1.75m.

The Northern Ireland international came close to leaving The Hawthorns during the past two transfer windows.
Leicester had a bid of £25m rejected last summer, with West Brom also turning down advances from Manchester City and Arsenal.

Nice business.

For us yeah. Really odd from them though. Either take the money before now or sack Pardew earlier.

Experienced PL player and will hopefully link up well with Maguire. At £3m an absolute steal in today's market. Great signing.

Yep, we should probably learn from their mistake where Mahrez is concerned, if we don't sell him for a good fee now, we'll get sod all when his contract is up.. maybe if we'd rather wait a year and take a much reduced fee at the end of next season that's a possibility...

I have not been so pleased with a centre back signing since Sven signed Matt Mills. I like defenders to be battle-hardened. My only concern is with Daniel Amartey. I believe he has great potential as a centre back but iIf he is to become "battle hardened" he needs games that matter.

Matt Mills - the bloke who said he would do things how he always did them and not learn from his mistakes. He was true to his word.
