Might as well not bother playing the games and go straight to a penalty shoot outs. Now that would be more fun and much fairer for the "minnows".

This man's gone senile in my opinion. What do you guys think? :roll:

Absolutely feckin stupid. I have to agree Dorky, the man is clearly going mad. Sepp Blatter is hell bent on passing as many crazy rules as he can.
