I'm happy with the signing from the little I know about him.

To have been Sevilla's captain in a very good period for the club, he has to have something about him.

And beyond that, it's good to add some leadership in the squad

It's a nice change really. Nowadays all footballers are into is Nandos and Instagram and instagramming their Nandos. He looks comfortable waiting for a bus and wearing ladies jeans. I'm already a fan.

I agree it's not an exciting signing, but it could indicate a change in tactics that I wholeheartedly approve of.

Still got Fuchs for the long throws. His are often better than our corners in terms of goals resulting.
