Have to say, Ulloa was poor not a patch on Slimani

Yeah big credit to Musa, after what was one of the worst opening 10-15 mins I have ever seen, to keep going and fully deserved his goal.
Slim looked sharper than ever too and Gray showed what he can do when given a chance.
Good win overall after a shakey start.
Defo need a proper back up right back though and surely Jakupovic will get a game in the next round.

What did we learn (in my opinion):
Jakupovic must now be 2nd choice keeper
Gray is immensely skillful but equally inconsistent (which we already knew)
Slimani must not be sold
Ulloa should not be in the 25 man Premier League squad
Musa has something to offer and should not be sold
Nampalys Mendy does really exist

Glad to see Musa get his goal. Ulloa looked a fish out of water, then put over a dream of a cross field ball to send Gray away for the first, and won the ball for Musa's at the end - top man.

Slimani looks hungrier and fitter already this season to me. Expecting him to push for a place in the PL starting 11. He was excellent tonight, even in a very uninspiring first half.
Gray was typical Gray, anonymous for a half and brilliant for the other. Very good goal and a constant threat second half.
Musa didn't even look like a professional footballer for 20 minutes, but credit to him for his goal and he was a decent outlet all game.
Roll on the next round.
