Well done to him. I have great sympathy for the kind of forwards who rely on their positional sense and old school goalscoring instincts. Jon Parkin who's playing for York at the moment is another one

You say that, but most players that go on and on well past their sell by date only do so because they've been so utterly useless with money throughout their careers. Just think of how many pies that man needed a week in his prime?

Anthony Knockaert featured on MOTD and not just because of that horrendous tackle on him. Nearly scored, hit the post and involved in some of Brighton's chances. Got a "Dean Martin" for his troubles too.

On loan for the second half of last season. Played in the cup game at Millwall, got injured, and we never saw him again.
