It's fairly easy to draw the conclusion that Shakespeare did brilliantly and saved us from relegation last season but that the owners should have taken a harder view when it came to making a longer term appointment. Looks like Shakey also brought in an assistant in his own image.
Unfortunately, its a lot more difficult when it comes to identifying a successor. Ranieri was sussed by our competitors; Shakey is sussed and the key players want out.

Could have drawn against champions who have gone on and spent £150m on adding 4 italy spain and france internationals: Rudiger, Morata, Zappacosta and Bakayoko before nicking one of our champions for another £35m.

Kante shouldn't have scored. They should have had a penalty.
Under the circumstances (they were better than us) we did OK but we got we deserved. I think CS is trying to mix it up, but he's not blessed with options. We move on.

Yep. I don't know which of the games against Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea we should have won. Like I say, some supporters have been ruined by success.

He was pointing to a team mate, and the ball was headed at his arm from point blank range. He didn't have his arm there to block the ball.

I think we all knew that the likelihood was that we would lose these games. Expecting anything else was a little misguided.

In the one training session he's had so far, he complained about the food, took a shit in Shakespeare's car, then spent the rest of the day at East Midlands Airport waiting for his dream move.
