Good article. At last the Club have realised that an integrated website/store/ticketing actually produces better content for fans, and then drives more traffic and increased revenue for the club.

I do not suppose though as a previous season ticket holder for 15 years, but had to give it up 4 years ago because of work, that I will find it any easier to get two tickets for a home league game!

I'd be happy with one.
 
Am I alone in not having the first clue how to buy tickets from the new system? I had a go today to get an extra ticket for the WBA game and one for the Leeds match. Gave up after about 20 mins.
 
There are always empty seats so not sure why the club pretend this pathetic ballot system is required.
