If it is Coleman or Pearson I will put my head in a blender. I would love Silva but that's not going to happen. Wagner or Dyche would also be OK with me. Finally, if Alan Pardew gets it I will never watch a game again.

As far as I am aware Luis Enrique is currently unemployed. If only the Club had the balls to ring him before they give Big Sam another huge retirement paycheque.

Pearson to take over in the interim apparently I've just heard
I really hope that's bollocks.

I am also struggling with some folk suggesting that Allardyce would be a good choice. I don't see how Allardyce is in any way a choice we should consider at all. A man proven to be a corrupt, nepetistic, arrogant, mysoginistic, prick with no scruples whatsoever. The club already look like a bunch of incompetent, ruthless charlatans at the moment, what a nose dive the appointment of Allardyce would be.

If Mancini is available, he's the one for me.

Rumours that he's unhappy at Zenit and wants out.

Could work very well for us and him.

I said when we hired Shakey that I think Mancini wouldn't have wanted to come here at that stage because we were in a shit position with no transfer window to help solve the situation and he wouldn't want the risk of being relegated with nothing he could do about it.

Think things are different now - alright we're in the bottom 3, but you look at our squad, how early we are in the season still, and the fact he'd have money to spend in January and I don't think too many people would see us as serious relegation candidates just yet.

I read this article the other day (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-4984386/Mancini-fell-Man-City-Shay-Given.html) and thought to myself that this sort of character is exactly what our club needs. Someone that will piss everyone off and make major waves.

However, we're in too precarious a position to take such a gamble in my opinion. This season now is only about staying up and we need someone that can achieve this. And I speak as someone stands to gain almost £900 if we do go down.

Had we brought Mancini in during the summer, he'd have been ideal. The senior players committee would have been disbanded in minutes.

Allardyce is obviously the right candidate for us at this time. He'd be ideal for a couple of years whilst we stabilise and push on.

Chris Wilder please.
This would be a bold move but one I would approve of. Okay, he has managed at lower levels of the game for quite a while but his record is excellent and seems to be getting better and better the higher through the leagues he goes.

Pretty much my thoughts. I'd have gone for Mancini in the summer. Maybe we did and he didn't want the job at the time. Who knows. I can't see us getting him at this point in time. I think Allardyce would be a realistic good fit. His 'Lads Lads banter banter' attitude will go down well with the current crop and I think he'd have more balls than Shakey to deal with bad attitudes and underperformers.

At the moment, with the apparent player power at the club, it would be a disaster for some of the up and coming managers that have been mentioned.

We need a strong character that will command respect, Mancini the ideal candidate IMO.

Allardyce is Obviously the wrong choice for us at this time, in fact **** it lets try and pry Hodgson away from Palace? both are failed wankers perfect choice!!

Knowing our board it will be Allardyce with Sep Blatter as his assistant, Ancelotti would be a good choice there is evidently something wrong with our club and I sincerely doubt the players have the power that many on here suggest.

Aside from the fact that he'd not want the job in a million years, he said after being sacked by Munich that he wouldn't be taking another job until next summer.

What a sad indictment of the state of our club when so many fans would want an underachieving criminal with the morals of Piers Morgan in charge.

It's actually very, very sad indeed. I really hope the owners have more taste and decorum although my faith in that has been rather diminished over the past 12 months.
