How do I find the url?
The browser on the laptop is Google (unless I have misunderstood)?

Just gone back in on my phone and it is okay...!

The url is the address that show at the top of the browser. The bit with talkingballs.uk in it.
The browser might be Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera etc.
I looked through the logs and found an error message that suggested the server's /tmp hard drive partition was full. But it was only 30% full, so I don't know what was causing it. I just deleted everything in the partition, thinking that would fix it. It appears to have worked - but as I couldn't replicate the problem without knowing the url, I couldn't be sure until you confirmed it.

Thanks. I have no idea why it happened with those but not other pages.
In future please can people post a new thread in the support forum for issues like this. I get an alert when things are posted there so they will be dealt with more quickly.

Sorry, forgot to say in my last message that I tried to start a new thread for this but the same message appeared.
Just to confirm it wouldn't allow me to:
1) Start a new thread.
2) Edit an existing conversation.
3) Upload info from my computer.
4) Start a new conversation.
All seems good now though!
