Vardy’s record against Newcastle is excellent isn’t it? Surely he’s the man to start. Mental to just be throwing unproven strikers in when we’re building a head of steam.
Yeah probably, I'm a risk taker....

the proble I have with the state of play at the minute is we don't always have an awful lot of chances, it's clear Slimani, Ulloa, Nacho are not setup to play in our squad and we only need Vardy to get injured and the goals might dry up

I think the solution is to get Iheanacho working in a system that we might have to change - not cast all of our strikers off and hope that George Thomas is as good and Vardy.

Jeez no pressure on the lad. Being compared to our main talisman before even kicking a ball in the first team.

Not very logical I’m afraid. Remove our main goal scorer and replace with an (at best) unproven player before the goals dry up...errr - making the goals dry up.

Yep, I’m in.

the one thing we know is the team wont be unchanged. If we play to our potential and maintain recent form we can take 3 points, id say 1-2 Vardy Gray

Newcastle have one win in their last ten games. Last two home matches were defeats to Bournemouth and Watford.

Their squad looks like one picked up from players available on free transfers one summer. They have zero quality to beat a team of our capability. We can only fail to win this if we don't turn up mentally.

3-0 loss then

BT Sport, 5:30PM

They're having a big celebration for their 125th anniversary. Let's spoil the party.

I can't really feel the party atmosphere just yet. Many are getting pissy and miserable that Ashley won't pay someone to take the club or something. If we get the first goal (or shot) i expect the stadium to be a cauldron of hate. Much like last time.

2 - 0 to the city. I think we will start with a high tempo again, score early on and then a second on the break in the 2nd half.

One of the freaks of nature that five teams this season have already defied reason to inflict league defeats in a "team of our capability." I doubt whether we will lose another game ....ever. BN -your posts these days reach new levels of common sense.
