I'd like to see Slimani play and hope he can show that his performance against Huddersfield wasn't another false dawn. I'd also play Iheanacho and try to get him scoring. Musa is likely finished here so let's not bother with him. Thomas would be the other one I'd like to see start and Silva. If Huth is fit, I'd play him with Dragovic.
 
I'm usually all in favour of heavy rotation for these sort of matches. However, I genuinely believe that we can win this.

It's the only real missing trophy. We've got the squad and we've got the opportunity. If we can avoid an away trip to a big side, we shouldn't have any obstacles that cannot be overcome.

In fact, I've just had £20 on us at 25/1. Why the feck not?

When you see some of the teams that have been in the final, and some that have actually won it, it's hard to believe our last fa cup final was 1969 :(

I went to see the final - can't believe it was almost 50 years ago!

The '69 Final was my first Wembley game. I never cried there until we beat Derby in 1994. Tears of joy!

No need for wholesale changes for this one, with the next game being a week away.
But an opportunity to see a few new faces.

I like that team but, I wouldn't play Iborra. He seems to need resting and we should be able to handle this game without him. Possibly, start Silva and replace after 60 minutes, or so...

I know the 90's was a good era, but the 60's looked phenomenal.

He'll be a starter at Fleetwood I would reckon with possible places in the squad for Harvey Barnes, George Thomas, Hamza Choudhury and Josh Knight.
With Musa, Ulloa, Benny, Nacho man, Chilwell, Huth (if fit enough), King and Jakupovic getting a runout too.

Clearly Motown Skitzo and others think the thread is called "Lets all laugh at Leicester"

In the enter of 1958-59 I was a Worcester C ity supporters when they played Liverpool in the 3rd round. I can tell you Fleetwood will be buzzing, their support will be fanatical and their players will see it as the most important match of the season - "hey mum we are on the telly."

The first thing Claude needs to do is leave out young players like Demari and Ben Chilwell. The last thing we need is the kind of cockiness Knockaert showed against Shrewsbury. We need battle hardened professionals.

I would rather play teams like Birmingham or Norwich than Fleetwood. Just think of the psychological impact when the country laughs at us losing with Motown's team.

Oh and the result of the match in 1959. Worcester City 2 Liverpoo; 1
 
of all the criticism I've seen levelled at Chilwell being cocky isn't one of them, and seriously you care way too much what other fans think, Thomas is a proven League One player before coming here, Barnes has succeeded at Championship level only Hamza of the 3 young lads I picked cannot say the same

I cannot "enlighten" you on Leicester in the 1960s since I came to the city in 1968 and the first Leicester game I saw was in 1969. I went with my father to see First Division matches (usually at Wolves) when they were playing what he thought were interesting teams - I regret that this did not include Leicester.

By 1969 Banks, McLintock and Dougan had gone. Gibson and Stringfellow were cult figures to people who remembered them at their best but were a shadow of their former selves.

The early 1970s produced a wonderfully attractive team that could beat anybody but also lose to anybody. They played beautiful football but lacked the grit of the O'Neill team.

Players were closer to the fans then - literally. I remember Lenny Glover doing a bad cross that went behind the goal. A friend called Mick Lindsay shouted "Oh Lenny" and Glover turned to him and said "Sorry". I am not sure whether it actually happened but it was always believed that during a break in play the Birch had a sip of someones beer. He was certainly always reacting to the fans.

However, don't romanticize the 1960s and 1970s Racist remarks were normal and I would have advised black or Asian friends that it was unsafe to attend. I was never racist but regrettably I am sure looking back that like other people I made homophobic remarks about players who were not robust enough. No doubt crowds were sexist except there was never any temptation to be at football matches- it was a male environment with very few women.

It was difficult to show skill. The pitches were terrible. If football was not as brutal as it had been in the 1950s tackles were still allowed that would rightly be penalised today. Today we see great players from around the world; If Di Stefano had been playing today he might have graced the Premier League. I am all for the foreigners.

Football reflects society. There were things that were better in the old days but overall today is far better.
