Well it's been a long time coming. Needed a change for me, we got lucky in that first half finishing level but Puel hasn't done it when something needed to change. IMO should have bought Nacho on for Silva or James and gone 4-4-2. Everyone knows about the quality Man City have in an attacking sense but the also work really hard and it's disappointing to see we have come nowhere close in terms of off the ball runs, closing down and pressing etc...

I've been saying it all season about Maguire. A lovely player but he's cost us eight goals in the league at least so far.
You can say what you like about Huth and Morgan in terms of passing and a lack of pace, but they know how to mark centre forwards.

So the first half we play a system that is holding the leaders... At half time the manager thinks... "Hold on a minute... I can change how we're lined up and win this game"... How naive? The reason we started by flooding the midfield was to try and stop them playing... FFS!

I think the fact we were 'holding the leaders' was a great disguise for the fact that we were still ****ing shite. We should have bought on more attacking threat right at half time imo. The change need to be made but he has made it too late...
