Now that the season is over thankfully he needs to get the sack immediately. 5 goals conceded in 2 consecutive away games has to be the final straw. A 5-4 loss is no better than a 5-0 loss.
 
If Puel stays and gets some decent defenders.
If Puel stays and has us going forward and attacking.

I honestly don't care either way, I think there's potential for the future under him but I also have seen many faults in this first season. If he goes I'm not sure it's what I think is for the best but I wouldn't be too disappointed.

I’m looking for results. And I don’t get any entertainment from letting a 3-1 lead turn it to a defeat. In fact I just find that maddening.
 
It’s interesting that there has been no match day fan interaction with Puel unlike other managers. No “Puel give us a wave”. No “Puel’s army” etc etc. I can’t remember a time where this was the case and for that reason I’m out.
 
Either way we just need certainty very quickly. If he is going to stay then the Board need to say so and not let the speculation drift.

Watching MOTD it really is poor that we ended up behind Everton, who have been pretty terrible all season.
 
Lifted from Football365 - since Puel's appointment and the end of the season, only the top 6 clubs have scored more goals than us.
 
For context, only the eventual top six and Watford were ahead of us in goals scored before he took charge. And not that it matters, because the numbers are the numbers, but 7 of those 44 league goals have come in the last week, long after they could have changed anything significant about the outcome of our season.

If after all this we end up with Pearson back here I shall be displeased.

In home games against fodder like Crystal Palace, Newcastle, Stoke, Swansea, Southampton, West Ham and Bournemouth - two of which were relegated and the other survived on the last day of the season - we won 0/7, got a total of 4 points from the 21 available, scored a total of 4 goals (0.57 per game) and had a total of 26 shots on target (3.7 per game).

Whatever the outcome, it's important that as supporters of the club we get behind the owners and their decision.
Whether we like the decision or not.

If Claude stays (I'll be surprised if he does), we can't go into next season with some just waiting to "let rip".

Well it is if you like watching Leicester score goals? And it is definately better if you have $20 down for a City win at 9/1 and Bet365 pay out if you go 2 goals clear. I suppose if you only look at the table and never get out your chair if City score then it would be just a loss.
