Yes. He thought he was going to get a medal for his contributions that season. He thought two late substitute appearances was enough.

What's that got to do with it? Would have been an ideal replacement for vardy who will leave before next season because he will feel he didn't get any game time in Russia due to not being with a big club.

How long should we wait to see if players will make it? It was clearly best for all involved if he moved on at the time. He was like a lost puppy when playing for us and has obviously done well for himself elsewhere getting time playing. Considering where we were when we signed him and where we were when we sold him I couldn't give two shits.
