Does Southgate have set times he's allowed to make changes? Alli was ****ed after about ten minutes but stayed on ages. Sterling was dog shit. Kane made good use of the two times someone gave him the ball. Sadly that late goal probably gives him confidence that avoiding changing from passing around at the back is the thing to do.
