I rate Diabate from what I've seen. I think with good coaching and regular matches he could evolve as a bit of a dark horse for us. (I just read that it completely has nothing to do with race) ‍

I've not heard any suggestion that he's injured. But he didn't return from his holiday until this week, so may not be considered ready to start.
