Some cracks papered over there.

My car was also broken into by smashing my back window in, which was nice .
Scum. Subhuman scum. Where were you parked?

Oh, and I thought the final execution on Vardy's goal was genuinely world class, a thing of complete and pure beauty. Worth fast forwarding through the rest of match of the day to get to

It was an absolute delight to watch.

So many masterful tactician on this forum, I really don't know why Top n co just dispense with having a manager and just let you lot become manager...
Oh yes I do, because you don't know what the flying feck you are talking about.
After coming from 1-0 down, did you really think we were going to go behind again.
Never looked in doubt :)

Lol

It's amazing how much has changed from home games in the last few years. Where there once was a confidence and almost certainy that we would get something from the game, today reminded me of all those years of frustration and shit where we'd be pushing our central defenders forward in the last five minutes to try and savage a draw against Millwall or somewhere rubbish.
But strangely not in the way we played. For 90% of this match we were in control. But for the overall feeling of frustration and annoyance as ever decision seems to go against us. The feeling that every time we commit a foul its time wasted. It seemed the fans were frustrated from the first whistle. Almost waiting for us to concede. Gone are the clappers, the confidence the swagger, replaced by uncertainty and annoyance.

I think Vardy, Maddison and Nacho should be starting together, but if there is any positional movement around it should be Vardy and Nacho. Surely Maddison is at his best in the centre releasing passes into the channels or shooting from distance?
Ndidi and Mendy in the middle are getting better and better.
I know many of you think Morgan should have been put out to grass last season as being to slow, but his positional sense is always very good. You would not have seen him separated from Maguire, as Evans was by 15+metres allowing anybody not on a zimmer frame to come strolling through with a free shot on goal!

I was reminded of a movie called The Main Event. Barbra Streisand manages a boxer who loses a fight. She says "Next time I'll get you an opponent who is nice.".After two defeats running Mr Puel got an opponent who was nice. Huddersfield are a nice team who will surely get relegated They had only scored two goals this season. They are not the kind of team to embarrass an opposing manager who was under pressure.

The decision to pick Rachid Ghezzal ahead of Gray was surprising. When Gray came on he was outstanding, I believe Gray is at his best when there are orthodox strikers - either Kalachi or Shinji - partnering Vardy. .

The new assistant coach Jacques Bonnevay is interesting. There are times during matches when he seems to be asleep. However, I believe he is deep in thought. I am not convinced these thoughts are on football. Certainly he never shows the slightest interest in the match. When Mr Puel consulted it was always with Mr Adam Sadler (Sp?). Perhaps Claude feels that if he asks Monsieur Bonnevay he will be met by nothing more than a gallic shrug.

A carpark down on the river on Richard III Road.

Never had an issue before but speaking to the call handler on 101 it's a semi regular target on match days.

Avoid

One thing on the game........

Jonny Evens is absolute shite, i mean upper echelons of shite.

A pure imposter

The goal we conceded yesterday was very similar to the Liverpool set piece goal.

We have a line of our best headers along the six yard box marking zonally. We then man mark their attacking players with some of our less physical ones whose job appears to be to match runs and disrupt.

It failed badly again yesterday because Ghezzal didn't track his man at all. Just like with Maddison against Liverpool, the forward player isn't the right one to be tracking a man and is too easily distracted.

Either our attacking players marking at set pieces have to get much better at it or this is going to see us concede a lot of goals this season. Opponents will now start to work out our vulnerability and they can exploit it very easily.

Ive read all the comments about the match ,no one can have the same view about the game ,for me it was a total bore but ive been of the same opinion all through this manager hasn't a bluddie clue.no plan B team selection crap every week.Unlike Mr Matt Piper.who never sees the same game that I do every week.hes definatly a Puel man .this week again .next week who knows .

It was good to keep a clean sheet. I don't count the first goal in matches this season as we always conceed at least one before we really start to play.
I take heart from the fact that when we do go one down - it isn't game over, we look to get back into the game, albeit by getting a bit desperate at times.
Agree with Homer, on that it was great to see a Vardy 'classic' to round things off.
'Foxes never quit (after giving you a head start)'

What you really mean is that we have returned to the norm, having experienced a few years of plenty.

It did when they cut us open and their striker was running through one-on-one.

Normally I'd agree but even with that chance I didn't expect it to go in. They were absolutely ****ing dreadful. The middle to bottom of the league this season should be really competitive given how much shit there is. The team that beat us comfortably last week were absolutely shite yesterday. I expect our next game to be a tough battle of who can be the shittest.

Yeah, but he knew he was going make a complete cods of it, so it never looked in doubt for him

Bless

Absolutely. Depoitre had the haunted look of a man who doesn't expect to score this side of his transfer back to the Portuguese League. Surprised Kasper even bothered to do the token flapping about that he did.
