I’m so tired of the same mistakes being made over and over though. Frustrating.

Two complete twats on the right hand side of defence
All 11 players in the box defending corners and we still look vulnerable
Maddison criminally wasted on the left hand side
Ndidi merrily giving the ball away at every opportunity

Painful

Nice goal though - and he's been a spare part for the whole game.

We have one right back in the squad (Simpson) and he is never in the squad. Poor Amartey looks like a frighten rabbit every time he is near the ball and Ricardo appears to be a quality winger with no defensive pretentions. Then, we come to Wes: he has never been quick but, now he is embarrassingly slow and could have been shown a red for that "challenge" towards the end of the half. The prospect of him, on a yellow, for the second half is truly terrifying.

I have not been, and I'm still not, a Puel out supporter but, with millions having been spent on centre backs and a proven right back ignored; he doesn't make it easy to argue his case!

I was watching the FLOptus coverage on my phone. I didn’t know we were the chosen match on Freeview TV. Still amazed they offer that here.
