This comes from the mongies over on 606 so i dont know how reliable it is, but there is alot of supposedily Bulgarian fans mentioning this.

CSKA team captain Alexander Tunchev was sold for the measly EUR 800 000 to Leicester, which has dropped to England’s third division. Right wing Florentin Petre, the only A Group representative at Euro 2008, was sold to the Russian Terek for 300 000.

Tunchev joins Radostin Kishishev, while Petre will join Valentin Iliev, who was sold last winter. The Russian team offered Petre a big raise up from BGN 25 000 a month, which is what he was getting from CSKA. The deals for these two players have been concluded. The total revenues thereof, EUR 1.1 million, will go toward reducing the debt of the team, not finding replacements.

However, that was on the last page of the rumours thread and wouldn't have taken too much time to see it. If you also take the time to read the forum, you may find out other things which may be of interest to you.

sound advice, but i this is the first time i have posted on here since our relegation, now that we have bought players i feel i can start to enjoy the false hope again.
 
Players profile from his clubs website here .... it's not very informative.

The The clubs wesbite .... not been updated for about 6 weeks.

Sofia. CSKA Sofia sold its captain Alexander Tunchev, Focus News Agency reported. The captain of the current champions of Bulgaria has left the camp in Borovetz and will fly to England tomorrow to finalize his deal with English League One side Leicester City. The contract is said to be worth EUR 1 million. The two teams have agreed on the transfer, all that remains is for Tunchev to agree his personal terms.
Tunchev is the latest player of the champions, who has left the club. After Velizar Dimitrov, Yordan Yurukov, Florentin Petre, Georgi Iliev, Robert Petrov, Ivaylo Petrov, and Ilko Pirgov.
The financial crisis in the team has led to the team selling most of its main players. Alexander Tomov, the President in resignation of CSKA, said in an official statement today, that Dimitar Penev will take over his duties as a President of the Supervisory Board of CSKA, while the coach Stoycho Mladenov, said that he would consider his future in the club, if Tunchev is sold, and emphasized on the fact that he has not been given the freedom to deal with the transfer policy of CSKA.

Aleksandar Tunchev (Bulgarian: Александър Тунчев) (born 10 July 1981) is a Bulgarian footballer, currently playing for PFC CSKA Sofia as a defender. Sasho, as known to the fans is the current captain of the CSKA Sofia team. The inspirational strong central defender is a regular fixture in the Bulgarian national team and made his debut against Romania in a UEFA Euro 2008 qualifying match. He scored 1 goal against Luxemburg in a UEFA Euro 2008 qualifying match in Luxembourg. Tunchev is expected to move to a foreign league soon. There have been rumoured interest from Russian, German, English clubs and Paok Thessaloniki. Leicester City show big interest for Sasho.

Лестър is Leicester in Bulgarian. I thought everybody knew that.
