I'm not bothering with the poll. It's like the EU referendum...unsuited to a simple Yes or No. Do I want a committed Mahrez? Obviously yes. Do I want a whining little **** who's only ambition is to **** off? Bollocks to that.

What I DO want is us to get to 40 points ASAP & win the FA Cup. With or without him. I've had it with all this shit now. Let him go in the Summer to whatever club is dumb enough to buy the selfish little git & let me watch his career go into freefall if he tries to pull this shit at a club where he's not the be all & end all. He needs a ****ing wake up call.

Payet is slowly fading into obscurity at Marseilles now as everyone raves about Thauvin. Might be a warning there Riyad me old son.

PS - I had a senior moment & couldn't remember Payet's name. So I googled "French **** West Ham" The whole first page was Payet :D That cheered me up a touch.

Maybe we should give the fine that will inevitably be levied on him to the PFA for mental health treatment.
I know we live in an age (rightly) of utmost respect for mental health issues but to suggest that not being transferred from a £100k a week job at a top football club to a £200k a week job at another top football club takes the first world problem piss.
There are people for whom the pressure of putting food on the table creates real difficulties, anxiety and depression.

Wouldn't give the PFA a ****ing penny for anything. That twat Gordon Taylor gets over £3m a year just for being a cock end. **** them, **** Mahrez, **** modern twat overpaid ****s.

I agree with Fitz, but also partly with you, sparky. Giving it to charity would be a good move. Can’t see it happening, but would be good if it was.

Well at least we aren't going to be asked to believe ludicrous assertions like that Mahrez is 'happy' playing for Leicester. He clearly hates Leicester and wants to inflict as much damage as possible and at least everyone should now understand that Mahrez has to be sold asap. No room for delusion there anymore.

The damage is pretty much done and there is more to follow when his value depreciates in the transfer market. We've already lost our best player and the loss of that creativity has already cost points - with more to follow. I think that the best we can do now is crawl over the 40 points mark and Puel can plan for life after Mahrez. We would have needed our strongest possible side to win the FA Cup. There is no sign this is a priority for the club-I'm pretty certain it's not going to happen.

I don't think that it makes much difference whether he plays again or not. He won't do much. On balance if it allows a youngster more game time, I would rather he is excluded from first team games and first team training.

We have to learn to forget him

This is important poll. I would like to find out what our general consensus is on this. Vote with your heart.

I prefer people voting with their head
In 1964 the far right Republican candidate had the slogan - Goldwater in your heart you know he's right.
The Democrats responded with one of my favourite slogans - Goldwater in your guts you know he's nuts."

The Mahrexiteers have swung the consensus slightly. I'd like to archive this vote now and run it again. I believe that as time goes by, the sentiment changes. The equation seems to be hugely based on the DNAT (Days Not At Training) coefficient.

I want him to play for the team again and soon. Purely so he doesn't spoil my memory.
