Looks like an elbow but difficult to see how much contact.

If it was deliberate it doesn't matter how much contact there was.

In the Sky clip the ref seems to be looking at them and not thinking it was a card. So if the panel ask the ref and he says he saw it and did not think it warranted a card then Drinkwater is not guilty. If the ref says he did not see it, then the panel decide.

**** knows what the ref was looking at if he did not see it though, as they are right in front of him!
