I think it's the 10th of July or thereabouts.
From the Merc: "The broadcasters are expected to announce their televised fixtures for August and September on July 10 and with City playing several of the big six in those two months, expect to dates and kick-off times to be tweaked."
Tweaked? so changed by 5 or 10 minutes.
It's always good to get Arsenal at the beginning of the season If we can get 4-6 points from the first 3 games it will be a cracking start
Don't they usually start well but then demand Arses out by November time? One of their nose diving months would be better.
Football has a funny way of bringing up fixtures. Remember Brian Little going to villa? What chances Riyad will be on the other side on the 1st day of the season? (Cynics might say would we notice the difference )
Gary Lineker's Everton debut. (Which also was Mark Bright's false promise debut for us.)
Lineker's Everton debut was in the Charity Shield. Bright's debut was on the opening day of the previous season.
That could be repeated with Mahrez
Suppose this is useful to have in this thread as well.
That's very useful, I hope they will keep to it
Our home game against Southampton has been re-arranged for Thursday 19th April, ko 7-45pm.
That's brilliant news on a totally personal note. Have a meeting on 17th and 18th up North and thought I might miss any rearranged game.
Still no news on the Arsenal game ???
I guess it all hinges around their Europa league matches.
Probably waiting for them to get knocked out of the EL to find a free midweek
The PL have said this: The remaining postponed matches will be confirmed when the broadcast selections for Matchweek 37 have been finalised. These are due to be announced no later than Tuesday, 3 April, 2018.
