Vardy and Mahrez.
Congrats to Spurs for coming second.
Everyone the pressure is on Spurs bottle it great result tonight we really can push on in December imo
They're normally 3rd out of 2 so it's a step up.
Up to 9th
That was fabulous. Iborra was class but tired towards the end. Ndidi grew into the game and was excellent. Chilwell very good. Okazaki such an important player in the team.
Great result obviously but well worth it too, fantastic performance. Ran out of steam a bit towards the end and had to hold on in the last 20 but some superb stuff from us before that. End to end stuff.
Oh and Wes and Maguire were mountains.
Back to what we do best. We don't need to throw the baby out with the bathwater like we have tried to do since winning the league, break like we did today at that speed a la 2015/2016 and we will be a match for absolutely anyone in this league.
Great game, awful stream
Well done City ! 2 well taken goals - backs to the wall defending and my brother-in-law will be gutted - he said he was looking forward to another Harry Kane hat trick!
Looking forward to work tomorrow.
That was fucking immense. I'm particularly pleased by the massive bollocks it took to bring on Choudhury. Excellent performances all round. When Shinji and Albrighton are on that level we become so hard to play against. And the goals? Brilliant. That's directly addressed any concerns I had coming out of the West Ham game. Delighted.
Yep - truly rubbish, a bit like Spurs' finishing by all accounts !
Maguire and Morgan were excellent. The full backs were both pretty decent throughout as well. Iborra though, was immense. What a neat and tidy player he is. It was also very nice to see the real Ndidi step up to the plate tonight, much better. Okazaki, once again proved why he is invaluable to us but a special mention for Vardy. I thought his movement today was outstanding. He was in and around each and every one of their defenders any chance he could be and he found spaces time and time again. I thought he was absolutely fantastic tonight.
Puel - negative inarticulate bastard. Vardy - lazy bastard. Chilwell - shit defender. Our pass and move (first half) was immense, a match for anyone.
Does that put Vardy at 100 league goals in 216 games? Not bad at all if that's correct. Unbelievable. What a spot from Mr. Walsh.
What about that useless twat Mehrez?
That Vardy goal is a goal of the season contender.
