Yes!! Back to back wins! And the goals are coming now!

Very good win for us. Shakey sure to get the job now - let's hope he can keep this going.

Now 5 clear of the drop zone... and 6 off 10th! What a difference a couple of wins makes

Crucial win and breathing space ahead of the annual defeat at Arsenal.

Shakey until the end of the season please, why risk a change to the players morale?

Excellent 1st half performance, professional in the 2nd.

Special note for Mahrez who looked much more determined today and was more effective in attack and defence today.

Dominated the game, fantastic performance. We've replaced Kante :023:

Ndidi was great today apart from the obvious error. All in all everyone was great for the second game in a row.

We've got our Leicester back. Happy days.

A game of 2 halves; 1st excellent, 2nd struggling at times. Points in the bag though, that's the main thing.

Mahrez starting to fire. Vardy back to chasing - a good all around performance. We'll forgive Ndidi's rashness that led to their goal, he was a tad too keen to maintain the momentum.

Okazaki is important for us and he's back and playing again to his strengths - I think his reinvigoration is an indication of the confidence that's coming back into the squad.

Nice to see Mahrez more involved.

Vardy running like he used to.

Albrighton running even harder than earlier in the season.

Kasper a couple of good saves.

Well done Foxes.

Now let's knock out Sevilla.

Arsenal game is moved to ...... sometime

And it is not down to the players putting in more effort.

Clearly it is down to better tactics and motivation. Clearly Ranieri was the problem.

It looked like it was down to certain players putting in more effort to me.

I'm beginning to think it's about stability. Players knowing what they should be doing, being confident enough to do it; simply going about their game in a way they know and enjoy.

Perhaps CR confused the fek out of them and they didn't know what their game was about any more.

10 days to Sevilla, 2 weeks to next prem match

I think it's a mix of both. Personally I think Ranieri was trying to put more of his own stamp onto the squad and his own beliefs into the club which wasn't working and proving increasingly unpopular with staff and players. Feck knows why he would do that after last season. Claudio, why do you tinker so?

There's a clear tactical difference. Ranieri would be been wiser not to make changes, but players at this level ought to be capable playing in more than one way. We need to remedy that in the summer.

Seriously?

Get out of town

I have wondered if CR was expecting too much from our squad of 'misfits and journey men'. Maybe they could only play one way. I'd like to think not though.

But, yes, come summer and whichever league we're in, we certainly need to intelligently bolster our squad. Last summer was a bit of a non event and I think we bought badly.

Tbh, I don't quite see why we bought Slimani. Ulloa was our 'plan b' so I don't get why we needed another target man type player. Musa might not be delivering but at least I could see some reasoning behind buying a player like him. He seemed to fit more naturally into the way we played.

It's like something went wrong in the tactical thinking. Maybe we got ahead of ourselves and instead of buying players to fit into the side, we bought players to change the way we played.... and it was all a bit too soon and unstructured.
