There was an incident when Vardy fouled their number 4. My view was poor but it seemed a bad foul. The crowd reacted against the number 4 Can somebody who had a better view than me say whether it was a foul or a dive.

McGuire was impressive. Vardy took his goals well. Gray wants more pitch time but last night I thought he was our worst player.

Grumpy old man time They had cheerleaders at half time. It should be pointed out that the club totally ignore that there is a Leicester City Ladies football team. Now I am all in favour of pretty ladies but I find cheerleading repulsive - like synchronized swimming without the water. Football is about struggle. It is a fierce pleasure not the place for jumping up and down with inane grins. They tried cheerleaders in the 1970s and the fans chanted "Get off the effing pitch" which I feel is a far better attitude

Looked a decent challenge, a typical Vardy effort, the number 4 clearly didn't like and made out he was injured only to jump back to his feet when the free kick was given. The crowd reacted to this and he waved his arms as if asking to increase the volume and was booed every time he touched the ball thereafter.

Maguire

The team associated with LCFC is Leicester City Women, Leicester City Ladies are a totally different club.
