he went from liability to poor, like I said not saying much considering he went from key player to ghost attacking wise, any other player would have been dropped.

I think you are definitely on to something here. I think we should give him a go through the middle like we did in the second leg and see if that rejuvenates him. He did show flashes of very neat and tidy forward play in the second half and I would really like to see him given a free role in this position..... probably after tonight though

Why are you making an excuse for him, if he's really the player people say he should be dragging a performance out of others at times, he's been poor all season, it's ok to say that
