Often when well know people pass away people generally talk about all the nice things they have done and how they were a fine upstanding human being. People gloss over the negatives.

With Vichai, all I know of him was GOOD. I've never met him but all that have speak so highly of him.

I was thinking about this yesterday. Can’t imagine there’ll be any helicopter delivering the match ball this time around. I’d be surprised if that ever happens again, honestly.

Obviously it depends on what the club and the players want to do, but I believe our next game should be a home game. Postpone the Cardiff game, and make Burnley the next time we play.
A home game would allow everyone to come together to pay proper tribute and start on the path toward healing.

We could then use the day for a celebration of the life of Khun Vichai, incorporating a walk from the city centre to the ground, I think it would be huge.

I feel he deserves a day dedicated to him.

I've always struggled to listen to this without welling up, due the emotion of that season and that day in particular, but now I find it even more poignant.

Whilst Nessun Dorma has obvious football links, Con Te Partiro just blows me away and always has done. This song is so powerful, that, when I heard it earlier today, I felt knocked for six.

Music has a brilliant way of symbolising events and this song now represents the complete opposite ends of the spectrum as a Leicester City fan for me. It represents the celebration of our greatest high and, at the same time, the tragedy of our greatest low.

Re Saturday, I think it's up to the players. We saw with Mahrez last night that playing helped him. For others the opposite may be the case. I've got a feeling that the majority will want the familiarity and routine of a game to prepare for but it should be for them to decide in the next day or two.

Personally, right now I couldn't care less about Saturday and whether we win or lose.

I think what the players, staff, and particularly Vichai's family did yesterday was incredible. It was brave and strong, and I'm sure great for their collective wellbeing to all be at that stadium together.

Of course everyone deals with grief very differently, and you never know how even you will react, let alone someone else. I hope that they all get the help they need in dealing with this horrible situation.

Our players and staff call Vichai 'the boss'. Truly a remarkable man.

Will the funeral have a bearing on whether the players will be wanting to play? Assume it will be in Thailand so significant flight time will be involved?
