And deservedly so, he was awful last season.
You can tell he put a lot of work into his summer preparation, as he has been our best and most consistent player this season.

He is still only a kid, like many of our players are.
They need support, not constant destructive criticism.

They get plenty of support, on and off the pitch. Chilwell being a particular example of a player who has been supported constantly from the sidelines, even when he made defensive mistakes in his early days
The insane ramblings of people on this, or any other, fans forum will never get anywhere near to affecting the feelings of the delicate little flowers (aka snowflakes)

Like I said, he's not a top player.
No need to have a hissy fit over it.
He may well become one, but he isn't one right now, he still makes many mistakes.

He's getting better all the time and, as far as I can see, he's already as good a left back as there is in the league. I certainly wouldn't swap him for another one.
Last season, he was wobbly defensively but he's not been this season. The only issue is when he's expected to be attacker and defender at the same time.
He'd improve any of the top six sides. I cannot see how that is not enough to be called a top player.
