Brutal.

I had grown so horrifically bored of this show and it's characters but this has possibly got me interested in watching the new series, much to the delight of the fun supervisor at home.

I thought it was perhaps a little over-violent. Understandably as they are trying to make Negan out to be a bad bad baddass but it slowed the programme down a little too much.

I was happy with Abraham being killed, he'd more than run his course. I guess they needed to kill one of the main characters in order to maintain some people's attention - obviously not Rick, which meant Daryl, Michonne, Maggie or Glenn (and not Carl as we would all have rejoiced) Maggie would have been the optimal character but apart from her being reasonably hot she was also pregnant and that would have been a politically bad move which meant Glenn had to go. Pity he was the only character with morals who killed because he didn't want to force someone else to do it.

I really enjoyed the first three series of this. Then it became a bit of an endurance contest to get through it. I've stuck with it though.

The new episode was pretty sick but not overly so. I quite understand the character Negan to be honest. He's been very restrained with his retribution all things considered.

I hope this series continues to be compelling and doesn't again drift into tedious individual character stories that aren't very well done.

As expected it drifted back to the same old boring shite last night.

I can't quite believe how much time they spend on that Morgan chap, so horrifically irritating it's painful.

Shite

haha

It certainly wasn't the "in your face" of the first episode.

I don't like Morgan either but I've slowly enjoyed watching Carol's progression. I thought that was finished but maybe there's some more to it yet. and obviously there's the link to Negan's lot.

Perhaps we'll team up with Jesus next week.

I hope the actual baby Jesus comes down and kills everyone., but then he turns all of the zombies back into real people.

Then I will drink champagne naked and stand in the living room window with the lights on.

Wouldn't we all just cry if the real baby Heyzeus came down?

Got around to watching episode 3 and 4 last night. They are dragging them out in this season. I think we all get what a bad man Negan is and how he is somehow completely untouchable.

Negan is untouchable right now but i think we see a team up between Rick and Ezekiel
Ezekiel is pissed off from Negan too, so i see there is a chance to beat him;)
So far it´s a good season, some lame episodes we saw in every Season.
But i think we will see more Action soon

I wish Kaaaaaaaaarl would hurry up and get killed.

Irritating shit

That's not going to happen is it?

Even if he is on a one-man, one-eyed crusade to kill Negan.

5th episode, 5th storyline.

Complete shit

Even big bad Negan won't kill Carl. He must have super powers.

Half way through the season and they could've made these 8 episodes into 1.5.

The great benefit of Sky is being able to watch dull shit at 30 times normal speed.

When an uncle told me how much he enjoyed Deal or no deal, I was perplexed until he told me that he watched it in about 5 minutes by skipping through the drivel.

A 'good' episode of Walking Dead can be watched in 10 mins. A bad one in 5.

I can't remember the last time I watched a programme live / in full. Very little merits it.

Yes, a beautifully filmed series. Series 2 imminent I believe.

Started it a couple of days ago. I loved the ambience of the first episode, my wife thought it was too slow. One for me to watch on my own.
