I think that the sign of a good manager is that he makes the best of whatever/limited resources availabe (e.g. MON). Perhaps NP with greater resources would play a more open and expansive game. Personally, if he is willing to come back I'd be over the moon. He did a fantastic job turning us...

Totally agree. This problem wouldn't have occurred if councils were able to remove them much sooner. Everyone else has to comply with the law - so should they. (Thieving b**tards as well). I hope the police will check their tax discs, insurance, etc as well!
