Preston and Blackbum being weekend games has pissed on my chips a bit. I managed to forget Sunderland and Boro existed so might make plans for Boro away. Sunderland less likely due to them trying to be like Newcastle and giving away fans the shittest seats.

I've only been for football. 2 times and probably wouldn't go again. Having to pass our cans for the chooch under a bank style bullet proof window put me off going back. Judging from pictures it's less of a dump but that was in their capital of culture days so I'll die happily believing the updated pictures are just Photoshop edits.

I’ve been to watch us at Liverpool three times and Everton once (3 wins and 1 draw), so I’ve enjoyed the football days out.

I’ve been out there separately and always had a good night. I find most places enjoyable for nights out, except Luton and Stoke.

Only played football in Crewe while I was at Uni, so I haven’t had the pleasure of a night out there.

Was drinking in a pub in Liverpool and the landlord bolted the doors and drew the curtains as the locals were rioting because some drug dealer had been shot by another gang member.
At least at Millwall they just throw the odd brick

6 weeks.

I have a trial I am dealing with listed for w/c 7 August. Everything is prepared and ready. For me, that trial feels very close. Everything needed to be prepped and ready by now to succeed…

We have utterly no right to be considered favourites for anything this season. Hopefully we pull it all together but being ready for this challenge in the time we have is a massive ask.

Then for humility’s sake we need to eat it up and learn as a club. We never had a god given right to a place in the premier league. I hate the idea of this club living off past success like forest. I never want to be talking about what we did when the Dead Sea was only sick to justify some misguided belief we are a ‘big club’.

I just want to be Leicester.
