Hi boys and girls i'm having a great time. Departed Leicester on engine 1645847 ( a magnificent specimen)at 7.55am and arrived in New Street at 8.43am. Changed on to plaform 3 where i boarded engine 7123584 ( took some piccies) and departed at 9.27am. I arrived in Dawlish at 12.47 on platform 1.
1st day i just relaxed in the park.
2nd day i hired a bike
Day 3 i thought i'd hit the beach and give the ladies a treat
Day 4 met a chap called Melvin. He told me he will lend me his book about the Settle to Carlisle line. In return i've promised him i'll be his bestest mate
Day 5 Melvin and me had some great fun playing games. He never said why he wanted to put some lead in to me though
Day 6. I need to get back for the Q.P.R game, flying would be quicker so i'll give the old choo choo a miss
Well nearly home time and i cant wait to catch up on all the new manager threads, it takes my mind off engine 7123684. See you soon.
