Dissapointed to say the least yesterday, very few pluses can be taken from this and we need to forget about this defeat a.s.a.p by putting in a far better performance vs Burnley Tuesday night.
Henderson seems to have far safer hands than the Brickie.
Stearman needs to learn where the right back spot is and stop drifting elsewhere.
Kenton had a half decent game.
Johannson was a foo*kin liability! Barnett was giving him the run around all bas*tard match, he doesn't look capable to mark a bowl of porridge and was completly responsible for their first goal!
Tiatto is past it and we should be giving Hammond, Low, Hughes or Welowski a go on the left.
Williams was by far our best player on the pitch, great vision and a super touch. We'll lose him in January unless we're challenging.
Johnson had a quiet game, jury still out on him.
Maybury made some good runs but isn't skillful enough for that right wing spot, not sure where I'd play him but not there.
Hume, very quiet game
Fryatt, unfit, couldn't get infront of his marker all game, looked 2yards off the pace as did many of the team.
Sub: Hammond did **** all, O'Grady looked sharp, Hughes looked lively but was all academic by then.
Team Vs Burnley
Henderson
Stearman
Kisnorbo (If fit, what's up with him anyway?)
McCarthy
Mcauley
Maybury
Johnson
Williams
Hughes
Hume
Fryatt
Fryatt looks like he needs a few more matches under his belt to be fit this season, the whole side should be took up Beacon hill and made to run up and down it to improve their fitness! This is waht concerns me the most.
We won't go up this season based on this peformance. But Rome wasn't built in a day. If we're gonna be up there can't afford to lose any more than 3-4 of our first 10 matches.
