MA: Good morning. Wasn't expecting all the photographers.

Barber: Shows how big the club is.

MA: Big club, fantastic opportunity. Worked hard since finished playing, on education, courses, sports science, and got an excellent team with him. It's been 10 hard years, thanked Barnet, Brentford and MK. Massive fanbase, great history, a bit of work to do. Managing people is the same at all levels, maybe easier to manage players at a higher level.

MA: Pressure in life is not about managing, it's about being out of work, having ill family etc. Pressure of being at this club doesn't compare to the pressure of being out of work, when he finished playing and became a gardener.
