So you have paid for your season ticket
Then you have to go out and buy a programme for £3 to get your token
Then you get a voucher for £10 (minus the three quid paid for said programme) which you yourself cannot use because you've already got a season ticket
So you then have to find someone to give it to and hope they give you your money back, but they probably can't sit near you because it's all season tickets in the good seats
Or you can try and sell it to someone
But the club don't actually end up spending any money, because the voucher can only be used to buy a ticket for a game

And this is "City rewarding their most dedicated fans"

sounds nice but I would imagine it costs well over £1.50 to print it so its only 50% profit. Advertising revenue from it would be high though.
